Service Description

From Cromwell you will travel on an unsealed road rising 1300 metres over Duffers Saddle before descending down into the Nevis Valley, where you will follow alongside the river. This is known as the lower valley, in between is the gorge where it becomes more off road adventure, crossing the river through fords, as you move through the upper valley. Climbing over the Hector Mountains and down to the town of Garston which is just south of Lake Wakatipu. Enjoy the option of adding a delicious picnic lunch with a glass of wine or beer while you marvel at your surroundings. Departing from Clyde, Alexandra or Cromwell Please note; this is an offroad tour, you will be travelling on dirt tracks that are rough and bumpy. Minimum of 2 people
